Established in the 1950s, Paramount has been a cherished part of the community for generations. Seven years ago, we gave our space a fresh new look and elevated our kitchen and menu to reflect a modern, all-day dining experience. Today, we proudly serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, alongside quality coffees and light bites, creating a place for every moment of the day. Guided by a passion for continuous improvement, we strive to make each visit better than the last. "An amazing little bistro right next to the beautifully decorated Paola Church! The location alone makes it worth a visit—the whole area looks magical, especially with the Christmas lights and festive decorations. The restaurant itself is also wonderfully decorated, adding to the cozy holiday vibe. The food was excellent! They serve a great variety—burgers, pizza, pasta, and fish & chips—all fresh and full of flavor. The special menu is a must-try; you can tell the dishes are made with care and creativity.
